Educational Session: Understanding Complaints Processes

BC Soccer to host open educational session for all participants, match officials, coaches, players and guardians

In support of BC Soccer’s Strategic Plan Goal #1, “Soccer is Safe and Respectful”, information series will be held to provide updates on the Judicial processes and sharing of best practices. The first session of the series was held on June 18th and designed for all individuals performing judicial roles with clubs, leagues or districts and anyone wishing to become more familiar with processes and procedures. Recording of the session is available within the BC Soccer YouTube Channel.

The second session  “Understanding the Complaints Processes” will focus on providing detailed review of the discipline process from the perspective of registered players and or guardians of youth players. This session will highlight all SafeSport requirements and guidance on the reporting processes. The second session will be held on August 27th, 2024, registration can be done via this link.
