Nine BC Soccer Club Teams Head To Canada Soccer Club Nationals

Good luck to the nine BC Soccer club competing for the National Club Championships

Vancouver, BC October 8 - Nine of British Columbia’s top club teams begin their quest for a Canada Soccer Club National title this week.  The Club Nationals run from October 9-14 as the BC Provincial Championship winners from the U14, U16, U18 and Men’s and Women’s Premier divisions will compete for the Canada Soccer Club National title.

The U14 competition takes place in Lethbridge as Surrey United will be playing for the championship in both the girls and boys division. The U16’s competition is being held in Kamloops where Coquitlam Metro Ford SC (girls), Fusion FC (girls) and Surrey United (boys) will be taking to the field.  The U18 and Men’s and Women’s competitions are being held in St. Johns where Coastal FC (U18 girls) Coquitlam Metro Ford (U18 boys) and two Surrey United teams (men’s and women’s) will be gunning for the championship.

“It’s been an incredible year for all of the nine BC teams competing in the National Club Championships and we want to wish them the best of luck,” says Paul Mullen, Executive Director of BC Soccer. “We also want to thank and wish Kamloops the best for hosting the U16 competition which is sure to be an amazing event.”
