Vancouver BC, July 10, 2014: BC Soccer is pleased to announce the members of the test user group for the Customer Relationship Management System Project.
These individuals, all of whom play important roles within their respective organizations, are a key component to the success of this project and overall system. “We are pleased to have a good cross section of member organizations represented, both from a Youth / Adult and regional representation perspective,” stated Roger Barnes, BC Soccer President.
As referenced in the February 2014 Project Update (link below), the development and implementation of the system consists of two phases, the first includes setting up member organizations with the ability to upload information (i.e. registration) and the second phase introduces of online form management for everything from player transfers to tournament sanctioning.
We are very pleased to have this Member Testing Group planned to be involved in both phases of this system development.
