2018 Youth Provincial A Cup Hosted by Richmond Soccer Association

Top grassroots youth boys and girls soccer teams from across the province will descend on Richmond on July 5-8 to compete for the Provincial A Cup Championships

Vancouver BC July 3, 2018 – From July 5-8 U13-U18 boys and girls teams from throughout the province will arrive in Richmond British Columbia to compete, within their respective age divisions, for the BC Soccer Provincial A Cup trophies. Richmond Soccer Association will host the competition and all of the 44 teams.

“More than 44 teams will leave everything they have on the field as they play for Provincial Championships,” said Kjeld Brodsgaard, BC Soccer President. “Congratulations to all of the teams for making it this far and I also want to thank all of the volunteers as well as Richmond Soccer Association for all of the work that they have put in to host this competition.”

BC Soccer would like to thank Richmond Soccer Association for working with BC Soccer to host the 2018 BC Soccer Provincial A Cup.  Hosting a BC Soccer Provincial Championships takes hours of dedication from club representatives as well as from volunteers. The dedication of Richmond Soccer Association staff and volunteers is what makes the provincial cups a wonderful experience for all players, coaches, referees, and parents involved.

The BC Soccer Provincial A Cup is run in conjunction with two other youth provincial championships: The Les Sinnott Memorial Boy’s B Cup which is being hosted in Burnaby by the Burnaby District Youth Soccer Association and the BC Soccer Girls’ Provincial B Cup which is being hosted by Kamloops Youth Soccer Association.

BC Soccer and Soccer Express Provincial Cup Stores

BC Soccer is pleased to support all of the Provincial Cups and also announce an extended partnership with Soccer Express. For the first time there will be an online store at which players, coaches and families can purchase customized 2018 BC Soccer Provincial Cup gear.

Each provincial cup competition has its own specific online store which is now open. Items purchased online prior to the match will be ready for pick up at the event. Please be aware that there will be an onsite activation at which apparel can be purchased and pressed as well. Online stores will be open for a month after the event in the case people want to buy apparel and miss their chance before or at the event.
