BC Soccer’s Referee Development Program conducted a very successful In Service Training weekend for our Referee Instructors. The 2 day training workshop took place on February 6 & 7, 2010 at the Burnaby Lake West Field Complex and disseminated the content from the FIFA FUTURO III Course.
The FIFA FUTURO III Referee Instructors Course covers methodology in teaching that is consistent throughout the world. The course was led by our Referee Development Coordinator, Jose Branco and 2 members of our Referee Development Committee who are current National Referee Instructors and former FIFA referees, Bob Sawtell and John Nielsen.
