PROVINCIAL FITNESS TESTING STANDARDS
 
Provincial Level Referee 
To qualify, as a Provincial Referee the following Fitness Test standard must be performed yearly on a 400m track by Dec 15:
 
Test Performed: Cooper
MALE
FEMALE
12 minute run
2700m (Walking is not permitted)
2400m (Walking is not permitted)
50 m sprint
7.5 sec
9 sec
200 m sprint
32 sec
40 sec
50 m sprint
7.5 sec
9 sec
200 m sprint
32 sec
40 sec
 
Regional Level Referee
 
To qualify, as a Regional Referee the following Fitness Test standard must be performed yearly on a 400m track:
1. Cooper Test (To be done on a 400m track. Walking is not permitted)

Regional Referee

2. Beep Test (a 20m Interval Test)

Level 8.0
District / Youth Referee
Level 7.0
 
 
District and Youth Level Referee
 
The fitness test may be performed using one of the following options:
1. Cooper Test (to be done on a 400m track. Walking not permitted)

2. Beep Test (to be done in a gym, a 20m Interval Test)
