The British Columbia Soccer Association is proud to operate Provincial Club Championships for both Youth and Adult teams. These exciting competitions are held annually in various locations and are hosted by local soccer associations.
There are two divisions of competition for Youth:
1. Provincial Cup (A Cup)
2. BCSA Cup (B Cup).
Both divisions service both boys and girls from the under 13 age group to the under 18 age group. The Champions in the Provincial Cup division in the under 14, under 16, under 18 categories qualify to compete at the National Club Championships organized by the Canadian Soccer Association.
These prestigious competitions both provincially and nationally offer teams across British Columbia the opportunity to compete against other teams in their age group and ability category.

The youth competition season is generally a hectic time for district and club administrators as well as for BC Soccer Competitions Committee and staff.
All too often some questions go unanswered, leading to unnecessary confusion on the part of coaches, managers, players, parents and district and club staff. The below information has been developed by the Competition Committee and staff to address this problem and to give districts all the necessary information regarding youth competitions, including the competition rules and policies and a handbook for coaches.
As our organization grows, this information will be updated and revised to meet these new developments to ensure we can stay current.
